Directions
Tear open pouch. Heat cap in pouch. DO NOT HEAT FOR MORE THAN 20 SECONDS IN MICROWAVE. Since microwave wattage varies, adjust heating time accordingly. Shampoo Cap may also be used at room temperature. Place cap on head. For longer hair, place hair on top of head to get all of it into the cap. Gently massage cap with hands to saturate hair. Amount of time massaging will depend on the quantity of hair (approximately 1-2 minutes for short/fine hair and 2-3 minutes for long/thick hair). Remove cap. Style hair as usual.
